摘要
阿富汗和中国是丝绸之路的开辟者,阿富汗也是一带一路沿线国家之一,两国通过瓦罕走廊接壤。中国作为世界第二大经济体,为阿富汗和平发展提供了宝贵借鉴,而阿富汗丰富的资源和独特的地理优势亦具重要价值。在两国关系中,汉语及汉语教学是核心交流要素。然而,阿富汗汉语教学历史短暂,汉语人才匮乏,语言交流互鉴不足的问题突出。本文旨在剖析阿富汗汉语教学的历史脉络,基于阿富汗中文教育现状展开深入思考。提出应积极推动阿富汗本土中文师资队伍建设与资源平台中心发展,精心编辑契合阿富汗国情的中文教材。同时,充分利用互联网线上平台开展教学活动,发挥经贸往来需求和市场功能对阿富汗中文教育的推动作用,并注重技术赋能,以此促进阿富汗汉语教学实现跨越发展,进一步深化中阿两国在文化与教育领域的交流与合作。

Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategies of Chinese Teaching in Afghanistan, a Country along the "Belt and Road Initiative"

Abstract
Afghanistan and China are pioneers of the Silk Road, and Afghanistan is also one of the countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, with the two countries bordering each other through the Wakhan Corridor. As the world’s second-largest economy, China offers valuable experiences for Afghanistan’s peace and development, while Afghanistan’s abundant resources and unique geographical advantages are of great significance. In the relationship between the two countries, the Chinese language and its teaching are key elements of communication. However, the history of Chinese language teaching in Afghanistan is short, with a lack of Chinese language talents and insufficient language exchange and mutual learning. This paper aims to analyze the historical context of Chinese language teaching in Afghanistan and to provide an in-depth discussion based on the current state of Chinese education in Afghanistan. It proposes the active promotion of the development of local Chinese language teacher training and resource platform centers in Afghanistan, as well as the careful editing of Chinese textbooks that align with Afghanistan's national conditions. Additionally, it emphasizes the use of online platforms for teaching activities, leveraging the demand from economic and trade exchanges and the market functions to drive the development of Chinese language education in Afghanistan, while also focusing on technological empowerment. This will promote leapfrog development in Chinese language teaching in Afghanistan, further deepening cultural and educational exchanges and cooperation between China and Afghanistan.
